We offer refunds or re-edits under the following conditions: Technical Issues: If the delivered media is defective or unusable due to our error (e.g., corrupted files, significant image/video quality issues). Missed Shots: If key features or areas specified in your booking were not captured. Weather Delays: In case of inclement weather affecting shoot quality, we offer complimentary rescheduling. Refunds are not issued for: Subjective preferences after delivery (e.g., style or composition concerns outside the agreed scope). Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice. 📸 What You’ll Receive (Deliverables)Each project includes professionally edited, ready-to-use media tailored for MLS, websites, and marketing platforms. Here’s what you can expect based on your selected service package: HDR Photos: Bright, crisp, and color-balanced interior and exterior images, delivered in both high-resolution and MLS-optimized formats. Aerial Drone Photos: Elevated perspectives of the property and surrounding area, ideal for showcasing lot lines, views, or amenities. Video Tours: Smooth, cinematic walkthroughs or flyovers, edited with music and branded intros/outros upon request. 360° Virtual Tours: Immersive walkthroughs using Giraffe360, complete with auto-generated floor plans and room measurements. File Delivery: All media is delivered via a downloadable link within 24–48 hours of the shoot, unless otherwise noted. Custom requests and branding options are always welcome — just let us know your needs when booking.

📅 Booking & Rescheduling PolicyWe know schedules can shift, and we’re happy to work with you to keep things smooth. Booking: All appointments should be made at least 24 hours in advance. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your booking is accepted, along with prep tips to ensure your property is ready for its close-up. Rescheduling: You may reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Same-day reschedules may incur a fee to cover travel and scheduling adjustments. Weather-related reschedules (wind, rain, poor lighting) are always allowed at no extra charge — we want your property looking its best! Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are fully refundable. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a $50 fee. ⚖️ Usage RightsAll media delivered by Sky Media Pro LLC is licensed to the client named in the booking for use in marketing the specific property photographed or filmed. You May: Use the photos, videos, and virtual tours on MLS, social media, real estate websites, printed brochures, and other marketing materials. Share the media with the property owner, co-listing agents, or marketing professionals involved in promoting the listing. You May Not: Resell or redistribute the content for unrelated properties. Transfer usage rights to third parties (e.g., builders, designers, stagers) without written permission. Sky Media Pro LLC retains the copyright to all media. Extended or commercial licensing is available upon request.

1. Services OfferedSky Media Pro LLC provides real estate media services including (but not limited to): Drone photography & videography Interior and exterior property photography 360° virtual tours and floor plans Roof inspections and construction progress documentation We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue services at our discretion.

2. Booking & PaymentsA 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking unless otherwise agreed. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the completed project or before media is released. Payments can be made via secure online payment, credit card, or other approved methods. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.

3. Rescheduling & CancellationsClients may reschedule appointments up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty. In the event of inclement weather or unsafe flight conditions, we will reschedule at no additional cost. Failure to appear on-site at the scheduled time may result in additional travel or reshoot fees.

4. Turnaround TimeTypical delivery time for media is 24–48 hours after the shoot, unless otherwise specified. Turnaround may vary based on project scope or volume.

Client Responsibilities Clients agree to: Ensure property is ready and accessible at the time of the shoot Notify residents, tenants, or others on-site in advance Secure pets and remove clutter or obstructions as needed Sky Media Pro is not responsible for delays caused by unprepared properties.

6. Flight Restrictions & SafetyAll drone operations are conducted in compliance with FAA regulations. Sky Media Pro reserves the right to refuse or delay drone flights in restricted areas, near airports, or under unsafe conditions (e.g., high winds, rain, crowds). Sky Media Pro LLC is responsible for obtaining any special access or permissions if required.

7. Ownership & LicensingSky Media Pro LLC retains the copyright to all images and videos created. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered media for marketing or promotional purposes (e.g., MLS listings, websites, brochures). Media may not be resold or redistributed without written permission.

8. Revisions & RetouchingMinor edits (lighting, color correction, sky replacement, etc.) are included. Additional editing or re-shoots may be subject to extra charges.

9. Limitation of LiabilitySky Media Pro LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, media, or website. We are not responsible for missed sales or listing deadlines due to project delays.

10. PrivacyAll client data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (link to privacy policy). We respect your confidentiality and never share your information without consent.

11. Governing LawThese Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri. Any disputes shall be resolved in local state or federal courts located within Jackson County, Missouri.
